Get those tissues ready folks because you're definitely going to need them if you're going to be reading For the Love of a Lush. Selena Laurence takes a few heavy topics (such as alcoholism and infidelity), adds in a handful of unforgettable characters, one fantastic storyline, and a healthy dose of amazing talent and mixes it all up until you have a book that you can't put down.
If you thought it couldn't get any better than Joss and Mel in the first book, just wait until you continue Walsh and Tammy's story in book two!
After Tammy's fall from grace, Walsh relocates to the Double A Ranch in Texas. He needs some time to himself to recoup and get his life together. Alone. But Tammy's not going to stand for that. How can she? Walsh isn't just her fiance, (EX fiance), he's her whole world. The very air that she breathes. Without him, she's a mere shell of her former self. Literally. Tammy is sure that if she could just see Walsh, if she could just talk to him, explain, then she will be able to convince him that they belong together. But getting Walsh to take her back isn't going to be nearly as easy as Tammy thinks.
For the Love of a Lush has everything that we grew to love in the first book and then some. The hot sexy guys, the drama, the awesome plot, some new characters that are just as great as the old...I could go on and on so I'll just say this: The lush series is definitely one that I will be continuing. As long as Selena Laurence keeps writing them, I'm going to keep reading them! Highly recommended!
